Yuan Liu and Miles Tryon-Petith are an international team of engineers passionate about safeguarding the well being of people and the planet. ReFlEx is a project meant to connect the communities effected by flooding together. Equipping community members with the means to forecast potential flooding threats opens the possibility for a more sustainable economy, society, and environment.
